Operand is a studio of 18 engineers and designers. We measure a process before we touch it, and we draw every agent before we build it.

Four rules
we build by.
P.01
Measure first
Every project starts with a bill of manual work. No baseline, no build.
P.02
Draw before code
Every agent gets a spec sheet you can read and sign — before we write a line.
P.03
Ship in weeks
Small, finished agents beat big, unfinished platforms. Most go live in 21 days.
P.04
Own what we run
If we operate it, we answer for it: dashboards, audits and a 4-hour response.
The people
on your sheet.
